This is my first 48th scale build made by Laser dollhouse and I had great fun building it as it was very well made by Leonard. I decided it would be a Beach house modern style house and called it " Savannah" house. I was lucky enough to travel through Virginia Beach on holiday in June and collected the house kit from Leonard who was kind enough to show me his workshop and all the fantastic designs he has made. The roof is more a European tiled style as I live in Scotland and we don't have shingles!!. Furnishing is still a work in progress as I like to put in lots little detail in every room. I still have the second kit to build Ashley house . .

Your furniture is cute, too. Where is it from, or is it scratch built?

thanks for your comments. Some of the furniture is built by me - sofa/armchair etc but others are 3D printed from either Pretty Small Things or Shapeways. They have brilliant items at very good prices and you can paint or decorate them to suit your houses. I have been experimenting with different finishes to see what comes out best.
