This was the second of Leonard's kits built in Oct 2013. This is one of my favorite house kits. Love the details, especially the wrap around porch. The stairs are a wonderful addition. Not all 1/48 house kits include the stairs, trim etc. This house was also a very easy house to build.
   
The fourth floor attic was such a fun area to decorate. I had to take a special picture of this floor.

After I finished my 1st Ashley Gothic Victorian 1/48 scale house, I had such great feedback on the house, and a special request, that I built a second one in Dec 2013. Leonard's kits are perfect builds, for the novice to the experienced builder. Everything you need is in the kit!!!
  
Out of all the houses I have built, this house is my all time favorite.

these are AMAZING!!!!!! I have built a few 1/4 scale houses, and am currently working on a Petite Properties one.... I know how difficult it is to get the details you have accomplished... both with Leonard's great kits and the details you have added inside and out.... gorgeous builds... congrats.

Thank you Kelly for the wonderful compliments. I started with 1/144th scale. However, I discovered Leonard's kits, and requested 1/48 scale. Since that time, his kits have been my favorite. I also discovered how much I enjoy working in with 1/48 scale.

These houses are fantastic, as quarter scale is my favorite, a very nice job on both.
